When people are no longer tied to an office, they navigate decisions about how and where they live and work differently.

Retired people, for example, generally choose to travel more and/or relocate for lifestyle reasons when given the choice. Digital nomads were the early adopters of remote work and, when faced with flexibility and freedom, many of us chose to travel and build careers or businesses at the same time. Policy is exploding with incentives for the lifestyle, and pandemic lockdowns mean lots of pent-up demand for travel.

If you're interested in exploring this side of things more, I have a weekly newsletter tracking the work from anywhere trend (https://lraz.substack.com/) and this podcast episode is an interesting listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09onST5h084&t=6s.
